I am new to Texas, so it was told me, car insurance is only for the first 6 month this high. After these 6 month, it was another 20% higher. Asking for this, it should be corrected and I should get a phone call. Nothing happened.

After 15 years of premiums without one single claim on our home or two vehicles, we decided to shop around and promptly leave this agency for another insurance company that offered better rates as well as better coverage. It was a no brainer. Well then, Jay then thought sending us a scathing and unprofessional email scolding us for our decision to leave after his agents "worked for 2 days" to get us a better package. Newsflash - that's your job!! This, after a nice email thanking you for your years of coverage. I would not recommend this clown agency and will be forwarding that email to corporate leadership.
