Drum Plumbing & Backflow LLC

Sorry to say I truly don't like leaving negative reviews however, I did not even attempt to utilize this company's service as I called to have someone come give an estimate or bid for work that needed to be done at my place and the guy who answered the phone was so rude and proceeded to hang up on me. Is this what businesses have come to- poor customer service right out the gate? They were recommended to me by a work associate. Needless to say, neither one of us will be using their services nor refer to anyone else.

Drum plumbing has been our go-to for 3 years now. We needed help when our water heater leaked all over the garage, and they responded in person the same day. Excellent communication, fair & equitable pricing, very professional, and has a reassuring personal tough to the jobs. Would (and do!) recommend Drum plumbing to others! Had a leak between water meter and the house. Mike Drum responded quickly and did a fantastic job finding and fixing the leak. And I was shocked to see how reasonable his charges were. OUTSTANDING job. Would definitely use him again anytime I needed a plumber, and highly recommend him to my friends and family in the area. In fact, just recommended him to a family member 2 days ago.
