Plumber came to home to remove old cast iron sink with UNNECESSARY assistant. Overcharging on labor. Caulking had hardened over time. This person used a putty knife and the back of an adjustable wrench and pounded caulking. Did NOT protect any of the tiles around the sink. Damaged 5 tiles. Showed me a picture of a damaged tile that he had said was already damaged. Falsehood. I had previously cleaned that area 4-5 times without any damaged tiles .Did not have the proper tools for the job. A Dremel tool or reciprocating saw would of been efficient for this. I blame myself for not stopping this poorly planned unprofessional procedure. Spoke with owner with no resolvent.
