Absolutely worst experience I have had trying to find a good home to rent, Jessica Lugardo is an absolute disgrace to the realtor world and should not work in the industry if you cant pick up your phone and be polite. The conversation we had was absolutely horrific and would not recommend her or this company to my greatest enemy. The amount of F bombs used by Jessica in our conversation was completely uncalled for and lets not forget about the rude behavior that Jessica Lugardo had. This lady absolutely needs a wake up call to be acting in such a manner that she did.

My wife and I worked with Jeff Mumme while we were looking for a home to buy. With us being from the west coast it was critical to have feet on the ground in San Patricio County. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the local real estate market and always made himself readily available when we needed him. In fact it was extremely rare when he didnt pick up our calls right away, whether it be at work or on his days off. Jeff is very pleasant and easy going, no pressure at all! Jessica Zambrano-Fabela goes above and beyond. I read reviews of local realtors to the Texas area I was looking at, since I was coming from Wisconsin. Jessica sounded like the fit, so I called her to setup and view many properties on this trip. Our 1st phone conversation was over an hour long and I felt like I'd known her forever. I needed someone honest and forward about the value and safety of the areas I would be looking at. Jessica did just what I asked of her. She said, 'if I don't think it's an area I would have my family, then you don't want that either'. Together we viewed over 20 properties that weekend. Jessica is very experienced, honest, informative, thorough, and not pushy. Even after the deal is done, she will call/text just to check up on you. You will not be disappointed choosing Jessica! Looking forward to moving to Rockport/Fulton Texas.

My wife and I went through Jessica Fabela for our home purchasing needs. She was excellent! Very responsive and proactive in helping us find our next home. Her flexibility to meet our needs was impressive and she even worked while in between showings to coordinate last minute requests to view homes. Overall super helpful, down to earth, and never made us feel pressured to make a decision like the last couple realtors we had used.
