        Crooks. All of them. Do no use ADT. Go with someone local. They will change the contract after you sign it.

        Terrible, terrible. Do not go with this security system. Poor customer service and security system is slow and outdated. Save yourself the 1000 dollar fees and hours of waiting for someone to help to only be transferred to ten different departments and have them hang up on you. And get nothing resolved.

        Worst company ever. Wow. Just got transferred 6 times when I tried to cancel. Now they want to charge me for the remainder of my contract. I thought I signed a two year contract but now they say it was 3 years. The most unethical, dishonest company I have ever dealt with.
