Taylor did my roots today. She nailed the color and did a flawless job covering any and all white hairs!! I also had a very nice shampoo!! Stylist: Taylor was excellent and fun to talk to!

I've always liked the Madison Reed products -- some of the few that work well on frizzy hair. I really like the reds as well - not too much purple. Staff at Preston Royal is professional and competent. It is expensive, but I recommend getting the clear or color gloss forbthe ends when you have your roots done. This way the color is more evened out and you have shine to the ends.

Rude, apparently, the staff would spend more time on their phone browsing than helping customers. She tried to convince me to make an appt to just buy a color, I told her I was not making an appt to simply pick up a color. Then, she quickly helped me browse and practically chased me out of the shop. I was wondering why she was in such a hurry, so stayed back a minute, she was BUSY browsing her phone!!! No, thank you. Not paying 30$ for this treatment.

Great hair color!...but miserable experience. Subjected to awful music. My earlier experiences with MR I was allowed to buy an Acquis towel to wrap my hair up to go home. This time I had to leave with wet hair! Color great!!!
