Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas North - Addison, an IHG Hotel

Very nice hotel, stayed there for the Eclipse and service is great, location unbeatable, complimentary breakfast is the same as all business hotels, but very tasty. Front desk folks were very helpful and friendly, as well as kitchen and rooms staff and. Addison is quite lovely, very clean and looks safe, a short 25 minute drive to downtown and around 25 minutes to the airport. What I didn't like is we got a connecting room, and although they have installed a sliding door to mitigate noise from next door room, it fails to accomplish this so I heard people talking and using the microwave at 5 am. Their hair dryer was also quite noisy :p. Rooms: Comfortable with two full sized beds, large bathroom Nearby activities: A lot of restaurants and stores nearby Safety: Feels safe, nice neighborhood

Stayed here for 2 nights. The smell from AC was like a dead fish. I asked to switch room but there's no room available on Tuesday/Wed low season? really? The smell is unbearable and I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Staff are great, rooms are clean and can't beat the location. Rooms: Rooms are clean, spaces and relaxing. Walkability: There are several restaurants in walking distance. Food & drinks: You get free breakfast but there is a big choice of restaurants nearby.

Nice, quiet location with clean rooms! The staff was friendly and courteous as well! Definitely a hidden gem!
