Nice clean rooms with all amenities. Hotel is easily accessible from exit ramp. Parking was nice and not overcrowded. Got a nice quiet sleep even with the hotel being near a busy road you wouldn't know it. Rooms: Rooms were nice and spacious .

I would give negative stars if possible. I stay at hiltons regularly for business. This location will falsely accuse you of damages, with no notification or photographs, then not respond to your calls, voicemails or emails. I have called 10 times in the past 3 weeks to dispute charges, and have not been able to speak to a manager a single time. The manager is always out. After contacting Hilton help desk because NO ONE at the hotel would respond to my calls or voicemails, the assured me it would be 3 days until a resolution. Here we are- 3 days later with NOTHING DONE. This is insane you can treat people like this.

Poor experience. Arrived (as diamond member) and was walked to another hotel as they oversold. When I returned, room wasnt serviced once during stay despite requests.

My stay here, from March 18th-March 22nd, was perhaps the absolute worst hotel experience Ive ever had. It started just after checking in on 3/18/2024 around 8pm. I get my room key and head up to my room (room 517) and the key doesnt work. I go down and tell the front desk agent that it didnt work, so she scans it again and I go back up to retry. Again, the key doesnt work. So, as an attempt to see if I was at the correct room, I try the key at the next room over (room 519), and it works! I am relived that I finally get to lay down after a long day of traveling. BUT - after I walk into the room, IT WAS OCCUPIED BY GUESTS WHO WERE SLEEPING. I go back to the desk and tell the agent what happened, and she gets very upset with me. She asks me why I went into the wrong room, and told me that I shouldnt have gone into the wrong room. She tells me this repeatedly. She goes up to room 517 with me to test the key again, the whole time scolding me for going into the wrong room. ( the key should HAVE NEVER LET ME INTO THE WRONG ROOM!! )The key again does not work, and she tells me that the door battery is dead. She tells me to wait here while she goes downstairs to get a tool kit to fix it. So here I am, standing in the hallway with all of my bags, my dinner getting cold, waiting for her to come back. I wait 15 minutes, standing in the hallway with all of my stuff, and she finally comes back up with a new room key to a different room (room 312) and I finally get to lay down. I am still just in shock from being reprimanded like Im a five year old by the hotel staff, for something that was completely their fault. The rest of my stay doesnt get much better; the key-card reader on the elevator in the garage never worked, so I had to walk around the building every night to get inside. There was a barking dog in the room next to mine barking all night every night. There were people stomping around in the room above me all night every night. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
