The rooms here are comfy, spacious and clean. The front desk staff is friendly, knowledgeable & attentive. The breakfast is basic but good. I always enjoy my stay here! OH..and they have a HOT TUB!!!

My stay this weekend was amazing! I had an issue from a third-party booking website, and the staff at this location were so helpful and empathetic. The service was amazing, and the room and property was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring different parts of Dallas as my friend and I felt very centralized to several different hot spots. This is the place to stay in Dallas!

Im a regular here due to work. I just wanna say each time I stay no issues. My room is always clean and ready to go. I want to brag on front desk girl-Isabel or Isabella. She is always so kind and always try to accommodate what I may need. Please continue to keep great hard working people!

I just had surgery, and I was in a great deal of pain. They helped me get a room to rest and helped me sleep. They live up to their brand name and standards. Excellent customer service. Thank you!
