We had lunch in the Rodeo Bar and Maria was an our Server. She was very pleasant, quick and attentive.
But this is what set her apart!! We were leaving and wanted coffee to go. The restaurant itself did not have coffee to go cups but she told us to wait a second and she would figure it out.
She then ran to Walgreens and got to go coffee cups!!! Who does that! I offered her a job on the spot! But since it was in Arizona she declined and said she was very happy where she is!!
What if everyone gave that level of service. And if you notice I dont leave on a regular bases but there was no way not to recognize this wonderful server!! Food was good also;).

We are staying at The Magnolia but we came to Rodeo bar the last two nights! Jesse Dyer was our server and absolutely amazing and great service!!!!!!!! Great drinks and great atmosphere!!! We will be back!!!!

I stayed here for five nights for work and had a pleasant experience overall. This is a beautiful older hotel, and the lobby service was top notch, especially the bell service.
That said, there were some issues to note:
- The fitness center is modern, but the Peloton bike straps were broken. There were no wipes or any kind of towels or spray bottles to wipe down the equipment. I submitted a request for them to refill the wipes, but they remained empty for the entire six days of my stay. Gross.
- Housekeeping was inconsistent and missed cleanings
- I was charged for items out of the mini bar despite not touching anything during my stay. Make sure to check your folios.
- The buffet food served during our event was scant and sub-par. I believe we even had to send some of the food back because it was inedible.
- While getting some work done in the lobby, I was asked by a photographer to move so that they could take pictures with models. Models and "influencers" take over the lobby throughout the day and don't respect personal space.

Hotel was everything we needed this weekend for a quick 3-day getaway. From the service, to room size, ambiance, and location. Jenna at the front desk greeted us with an engaging smile and wave.

Did not stay at Hotel. Business meeting in town. Needed ride to another property. They used hotel driver and vehicle. Tried to pay, they said was a Marriott Bonyoy Member and part of Marriott family. Wish all Marriotts had same experience! Wow impressive!
Next time in Dallas would highly recommend this Hotel!

Walkability: Close to Attractions and Rail stations.
