        I dont always review hotels when I travel as they all sort of run together. However, this hotel is really great. The team was so nice and accommodating. A great restaurant, bar and room service all added to a cool stay. If you are heading anywhere near the Galleria, check it out.

        the hotell itself is absolutly fine. its clean and exactly what you would expect. parking is a bit of a pain as all the spots are about a foot narrower then they should be. $17 for a the breakfast buffet is ubserd.

        Honestly the worst experience I have ever had. Booked last minute and they charged a premium. Room was on second floor, where ice machine was out of order, the vending machine that had cold water also wasnt working, and the hotel didnt offer any water in the room under $3 for a small water bottle. I tried to call the front desk after the WiFi kept coming up with an issue connecting (message displayed an error and to contact customer service who was already closed for the night). Front desk never answered. Went down stairs and front desk was empty. Ended up leaving hotel tonight to go to a friends house to work because I couldnt get internet access. I probably wont even return to my room tonight. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER return to this hotel.
