    Efficient, didn't even try to force us into valet parking.. nice carts to be used and Efficiently laid out rooms. Rooms: Standard new rooms... west elm furniture. Nice shower set up with temperature control on the opposite wall as shower head.. still need a hook by the shower for towels. Walkability: 5 min to Delaney Park and train station.

    Stayed in a suite on 9th floor as a Gold Member. Very big room, comfortable bed, well arranged bathroom. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful - wish I had asked for their names so I can thank them. Breakfast was adequate. Good selection of restaurants nearby. The Aquarium is almost next door and walking distance to most downtown attractions. Will recommend

    Will share some pros and cons: Pros: -Location and its proximity to downtown, views, walking distance to restaurants, aquarium is right next to it, and being historic old buildings neighborhood -seamless check-in, decent breakfast, overall service -okay bed mattress and pillows, updated bathrooms -affordable location with kitchennet Cons: -no way to crack the windows open to let fresh air in -very loud air conditioner, under window, non-centralized unit, which has very strong breeze right there next to the bed, and you're stuck to using it otherwise the room is stuffy. So for light sleepers that's a bummer, you're cold while it's on, and the other way around when it's off. -loud ventilation noise in the bathroom, no way to turn it off, that one seems centralized and is not operating from the light switch. Hope this helps. Cooling/heating is the main drawback. But based above considerations, upgrading to 4 stars.

    This hotel is in a great location and the rooms are nice enough. Unfortunately those are the only positives. Getting service was like pulling teeth. We stayed for four nights and our room was not entered one time for cleaning, replenishment of towels, toilet paper, or anything else. Other guests were sitting their trash overflow in the hallways in hopes of it being picked up. We had to make multiple calls/visits to the front desk to get coffee (for the cruddy in-room coffee maker that leaked every time we used it) toilet paper, trash bags, towels, washcloths and anything else that should've been replenished. There was also a problem with the televisions only working half the time and shutting off whenever they pleased. The shower didn't work properly as water also ran out of the bath spout and the drains in both the sink and bath were poor, leaving us standing in ankle deep water while showering and the sink taking minutes to drain. Breakfast options left a lot to be desired and they would not replace coffee if it ran out even if there were two hours left for breakfast hours. They just took the empty receptacle away and you were out of luck, especially since they didn't replenish the in-room coffee and calls or a visit to the desk had to be made and they acted like we were imposing too much upon them by asking they do anything. This hotel could use some hospitality classes in my opinion as hospitality barely exists here.
