Farmers Insurance - Mark Gonzales

I recently switched my insurance to Farmers with Mark. This was the first time I had an agent articulate the pros and cons of every line item. The team was understanding with some of my budget constraints and came up with the right sized solution for my familys house/car. Would highly recommend Mark and the team!

We have worked with Mark for years and have nothing but good things to say. Any time we have claims or need to make changes to our policy they are quick to help us.

Been with farmers Insurance for 25+ had no problems up until this year 2017, my auto policy went up i was paying $175. for two vehicle with a $1000. deductible, when my policy was up for renewal, i was billed for $200. for auto with the same deductible. asked why my insurance was high the young lady said i was getting all the discounts that could be given, and the reason my insurance went up is due to all the claims that are being submitted from disasters from other parts of the state, that was not the right answer. I asked to make changes to my homeowners policy and add defensive driving discount. nothing took place no changes not defensive driving discount, had homeowners policy combined to get that discount, WOW!! that was a joke as well. too make things even better i had to set an appointment which took two weeks before i was able to speak to anyone. the young lady that assisted me was not informed or trained. she talked as if she knew what she was doing but i she wasn't hearing herself. so with all the knowledge she had cost the company me leaving. now i pay $130. a month for 12 months same deductible extra coverage at that, and homeowners $140. a month for 12 months. I am saving close to $2000.00 a year. Thanks God there are other insurance companies out there. Think twice before going to farmers insurance they will give you great plans with a hefty bill. Oh i forgot NEVER HAD A CLAIM. Thanks for the bad investment. My you be blessed with what was given. Mrs. Aguilar

First off I am extremely disappointed in this Farmers Insurance. I agreed to Renters Insurance and an Auto Policy in the amount of $320.00 per month. Come to find out they only had me for auto and NO renters insurance. 2nd I went to cancel the auto debit and was told it would be a fee of 12.00 per month to cancel and pay directly only to be told later that it would be $81.00 per month in addition to the $320.00 so that is $400.00 a month for Car Insurance alone with a $1000.00 deductible. Then when I went to get quotes and looked at my policy I was told I had UIM and found on my paperwork that I had NO UIM so I"m paying $400 a month for flat insurance with NO UIM after I was told I had UIM and also told I had Renters Insurance when I had none. I advise all who deal with this company to go over your policy with a fine tooth comb before you agree to anything for they do not provide you with what you think you are getting. I got insurance today through another company $250.00 deductible, Full Coverage, UIM, Renters Insurance and Car Rental Insurance for a total of $272.00 per month. Needless to say I will be cancelling my policy with Farmers!
