        Great experience. Robert and Joe were quick to respond, easy to communicate with and are very knowledgeable. The team was also very professional, cleaned up when done, on time and knocked it out quick. Would recommend Aqaumax for any sprinkler installation job. Service: Installation

        Websites says their employees always wear masks when interacting with customers. They don't. Their estimator arrived without a mask and didn't wear one the whole time onsite. I don't trust a company that doesn't live up to its word. Pricing was also out-of-this-world expensive! $12,000 for sprinklers, plus quote didn't include electrical work to tie-in their watering system controller. Quote also didn't include everything asked for. Too many sloppy omissions and not living up to their word to give this company our business. I can just imagine what it would be like trying to get them to correct things after the sale. Maybe they do better work for others, but not here.

        Contacted for an estimate, they did not follow up timely so I followed up after multiple days and then they just showed up when they wanted giving me 15min notice. They let themselves into my yard and were just going to leave the est on porch. When asked about the short notice he stated " I was close did you want me to just wait another week". Basically they might do a good job based on other reviews but we will not be doing business with them due to the poor customer service.

        We have been so happy with the service we have received from Aquamax. Tony has been servicing our irrigation system each spring for the last few years and he is an honest, thorough, and hard worker. I like that it is the same technician who keeps coming out and remembers our system. They are always on time (often early) and call before they come. It has made maintaining our yard a breeze when we know that it is being watered properly. Thank you Aquamax and Tony! Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

      Thank you for letting us know about the masks being worn during estimates. We stopped doing that when the Governor changed the mask mandate. I will take it off the Google sites. I am sorry if you don't agree with the price. I agree that it is quite expensive. It is expensive because although you may not see it , there is an extensive amount of work to be done. I encourage you to get a few more estimates.

      I’m sorry you had a bad experience with us Christopher. We do try and strive to do the best that we can. We are currently the a two-week backlog on estimates. But I noticed your address was close to one that I was currently doing so rather than have you wait I chose to take a chance and go by your house to see if I could do the estimate then.
