Consider if you want to work with these people if you are a company with integrity. Your company will be reflected by the actions of their salespeople, who seem to treat it like a used car dealership and will game their way to make sales. Most people won't do the research to determine it was Westway and not your company who wronged them like I did. My experience: They fought me tooth and nail to get me to commit to their client's internet service, and even told me I'd get a great deal if I switched. They also promised they'd help me if I had any issues and gave me their phone number. Well, they signed me up with an expired promo to get me to the price I was willing to sign for, so I get my first bill and it's not at all what I was told me it would be. I spent hours being the bad guy to the carrier's customer service trying to make it happen, but ultimately I was on the hook for the service that the third party, Westway, signed me up for. I wasn't going to assume this was intentional, so I reached out directly to see if they could help me out. I sent a text to the rep's number and also emailed the rep in the chain with Mike West himself. No response after a month. Interesting. Time to invest in a "No-Soliciting" sign maybe.
