David was phenomenal throughout this whole process. Answered every question I had and then some. He had helped my parents with their mortgage needs when we first moved to Dallas and therefore only felt right to trust him with my first home that I just purchased. Great guy- very knowledgeable of everything. Main thing was he was quick in responding to our questions.
