The staff there is so helpful and very accommodating! I love going there because my nails last longer than anywhere else Ive been. I dont mine spending the money or taking the time out of my day. Jasmin is my favorite person, shes down to earth and really understands the assignment every time! Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Laura was awesome! I've been traumatized by other pedicures where they were rough and made me bleed so I was super scared of this place since it was my first time. I got miss Laura and she was great! She was super careful and made sure to pay attention to all the details. She took her time and made sure my nails looked great. At no point was I in pain or discomfort. One of the nails didn't look quite right and she went back and made sure they looked great.

Booked their 2 for 1 package for a gel mani ($55), appointment was booked fine as it showed a $0 balance since I bought the package. Then had to reschedule my appt bc of car issues. When trying to schedule a new appointment, it showed me a balance owed, basically disregarding the package I bought. I was in the gym for an hour messaging back and forth with their customer service trying to explain that I needed the package honored. Finally they said to book it and theyd honor in person - cool. Headed to the nail appointment, granted I was late and they said they could only do a mani and not the pedi because of time, which I appreciated. JUST read this part if review is too long: The girl doing my nails went straight into removing my gel polish on my pinky. I had gel tips on all of my nails. One of my nails was broken. She went to work without looking at all of my nails. Then told me they cant do fill, they cant do acrylic tips, they cant do gel tips. If she told me that upfront that would have been fine. But she already started removing gel from my nails and all of a sudden I had one finger without anything on it. Instead of being sweet and admitting to it she got combative. I cant stand it when people dont just admit to a mistake, a mistake is a mistake its fine but that made me more upset. My nails were done in London, before that I got them done in Lisbon & Barcelona & Cape Town and before that in Atlanta. Never seen someone start on my nails without looking at all of them first to see how to approach them.
