Fantastic place and really excellent experience. I've used Uptown for both glasses and contacts and started going to Uptown last year when I moved to Dallas. Dr. Chait and the staff have been unbelievable. From when I stepped in to take the first exam, every suggestion and guidance Dr. Chait has provided have been really spot on and perfect. And when I followed up with questions around contacts, Dr. Chait made sure to carefully answer every one and provided great guidance. Jenna was the first staff person I spoke with, and she is excellent. And the rest of the staff are also super nice and go out of their way to be really helpful. Simply the best optometry experience I can remember. Really, both the doctor and staff are amazing!

We truly enjoy our experience with Uptown Vision. They are always very helpful, efficient, and so courteous! They have always been accommodating with our needs. Rick has helped us the last several times and done an excellent job, as well as the rest of the staff and doctors. They have an excellent selection of eyewear. If you need an eye exam, glasses, or any eyewear, I would highly recommend Uptown Vision. EH
