I was given a free quote from Dallas Plumbers . The customer service was excellent, beginning with the simplicity of scheduling an appointment and continuing with a reminder call and a photo of the technician who would be arriving at my home. Josh, the technician, did a great job and was very courteous. He carefully analyzed the situation and laid out the steps that would be taken to fix it if I decided to go ahead with the service.

My air conditioner's drain tube was plugged. After attempting various do-it-yourself solutions, I finally gave up. To have it cleared, I contacted Call. Hackett was really well-informed and competent. Quickly, he had it fixed. Water has been draining properly and there has been no water in my drain pan since his last visit. Awesome!

This firm really went out of their way! One of our rental units had a pipe burst. My tenant's water was being leaking, and the technician offered to call him to turn it off. They were able to dispatch a technician the same day, even earlier than expected. They responded quickly and with courtesy. When we need repairs in the future, I know who to call first. I appreciate the prompt and helpful responses to my inquiries.

The guy from Hackett finally came to service my air conditioner. Since it had been nearly two years, I assumed the worst. He checked the unit out and told me what to look for, as well as how to flush it to avoid any issues. He took me outside to show me everything I should be on the lookout for because he was so thorough. I will highly suggest Dallas Plumbers because of their promptness, professionalism, and helpfulness. Also, the cost is manageable. A five-star company with five-star service.
