        Sinatra from Mr. Rooter came out within an hour of my call. He diagnosed the problem, took time to show me on the snake camera and explained everything to me. He fixed the immediate problem and gave me two estimates as to different ways to fix the problem long-term. I would definitely call Mr. Rooter again if the need arises.
