Our AC went out on Friday evening. I called Dallas Plumbing after hours and they answered the phone with a live person. They scheduled an appointment for me on Saturday morning and Jimmy came out and had the problem fixed by noon.

Awesome tech - Brittani came to do my semi annual maintenance. Loved seeing a female in this job position. Travis was a pleasure to deal with regarding repair vs whole new system and happy to have chosen the repair option.

BUYER BEWARE- bad experience with these folks. Was given an estimate based on sewage pipe leak which was erroneous and need to fix toilet. Their representative said if we didnt want sewage running through our house, there was no time to waste. There was no sewer leak and they charged $1,000 to fix the seal on the toilet. They charged $4,600 for 2 hours work - total rip off. When I called to point out the error of their estimate, they said that the price was fair and that the estimate was their standard price? If you think that $4,600 is reasonable for 2 hours work, by all means call them- otherwise avoid them at all cost! I have since disputed the charge.

Terrible service!!! Do not use them!!! We had a toilet leaking at the bottom and asked them to come to do the fix. The technician fixed the bottom leaking but broke another park which lead to leaking at the top. We have to find another plumber to fix the leaking to prevent them charge a lot. But after 2 months, the bottom is leaking again. I called dallas plumbing & air conditioning and they are going to treat the whole thing as a new repair and charge a lot again!!! Crazy!!! It is sad to see a company doing the service this way.
