Employee locked door during store hours and put restroom break note on door. I waited 40+ minutes outside along with 3 other customers until finally leaving.

I cant get through on the phone for some reason, so let me sing the praises of Adam at this location, loudly and for everyone to hear! Not only did he help me figure out the most fiscally responsible way to repair and replace my favorite aviators, he then installed the lenses quickly and professionally. Hes always incredibly helpful and does what best for the customer. I have enjoyed his help each time I visited the store, and will continue to visit this location in particular thanks to him.

I live in Dallas, where a good pair of sunglasses are essential. I went to Sunglasses Hut in search of a particular brand but couldnt find a pair I was 100% happy with. I was about to leave the store when the salesperson, Jonathan, suggested a different brand and style. I have a very small, oval face and its always been difficult to find glasses that fit and look attractive. I tried on the glasses he handed me and to my surprise, I like them. Of course then, I had a few questions, because I wasnt familiar with this brand. Jonathan had the answer to all of them.
Im so happy I stopped by SH and thank you Jonathan!

I have to say (John)has excellent customer service, he helped my husband find the Versace shades he was looking for at another store and made sure by calling them.My husband really appreciated thatSo THANK YOU for helping usWe don't get service like that everyday,you have a wonderful weekend!!We will be back to buy more.
