Dallas Tow Truck Company

They originally told me it would be 20 minutes, after 30 minutes I called and they told me it would be another 30 minutes. After another 45 minutes I called and they said it would be another hour and a half. They had me waiting outside all day on my my anniversary for something that shouldve only taken 45 minutes to an hour if that. Horrible service Service: Car towing

Accidentally gave incorrect address. When they arrived I have the correct one which was father than expected, but went ahead and didnt change our mileage price. Theyre very understanding and it was extremely helpful. Service: Car towing

So I order a tow about a month ago to this date the tow the said that the driver is an hour away and I had a service appointment to go to and I told them three times that I had an appointment and they were still late. I then requested a refund they said they were gonna give me my refund and hung up on me. I called them back they said that my refund was supposed to be here in seven days within those seven days I called my bank and I still haven't received my refund. Patiently waiting a week later I called them and asked where my refund is and they told me to call me bank and when I called my bank for my refund there was nothing I called them again today and I asked for a manager and I couldn't get in contact with anybody. Terrible company. Very unprofessional I do not recommend !!!!!!!!( Also I have yet to receive my refund)
