I had the pleasure of purchasing a vintage Rolex Daytona 6263 from Grand Caliber recently and had the best experience with Marco. I am unapologetically picky when purchasing items at this price point and Marco went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with the watch. He jumped through hoops to see the transaction to completion and was pleasant the entire time. The showroom is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. I look forward to making another purchase in the future.

Had an excellent experience with grand caliber. Inquired on a Saturday afternoon, by 6pm Jimmy called me and we were able to work out a deal on a watch. Jimmy and I worked together for a few days figuring out the logistical details and was more than willing to answer every one of my questions. Some of our conversations were over 30 minutes+, and never once was I pushed into buying a watch. When we got to the store Jimmy, and Victor made the experience special. They gave us a tour of the facility, showed us how the timegrapher and polishing machine worked. They also taught us how to use the chronograph function on the Daytona. All in all, if I could give Grand Caliber a review, it would be an 11/10. Dont go to anyone else in Dallas, Jimmy and Victor at Grand Caliber are the guys!
