I went to ask for information, the girl who served us served us in a bad mood, they do not have customer service, I see that there are many negative comments about the office staff, I hope they improve

As a resident in my first apartment ever this is such a horrible experience. The property manager Denise is so unprofessional and ghetto. The front desk workers are so unprofessional and ghetto, they are rude and hang up in your face when you try and talk to them. The power goes out at-least 2-3 times a month. I hate living here and so will you. I also had another resident follow me while at this complex and reported it many times to the front office and they did not believe me so now I have had to contact law enforcement for help

So happy the old manager is gone. Lack of accountability of a company on its workers will have someone like Denise working there for long when she should have been terminated long ago. The apartment is way better with her gone. Front staff office still goes through random mood swings as to how they treat residents. But definitely getting rid of the old manager is the reason I might re-sign my lease.

I am no longer a resident here and Im so grateful. There is always a power outage and the trash situation is so inconvenient, most of the time the compacter is not working so residents have to wait a few days to throw their trash out. Walls are also extremely thin. I also remember receiving an email about residents couldnt do something bc we didnt have a house with a backyard, which came off very disrespectful to me considering that I cannot afford a house, which is why I live in an apartment. Im also very thankful Becca from the office was terminated or resigned from her position. She had a horrible attitude. These apartments may be cheaper than most but its not worth it and I wouldnt recommend to anyone. The office also seems like they hate doing their job and are never in a good mood.
