Ive been a customer in good standing for a year and a half and called the office to get an estimate on insurance for a replacement vehicle. I spoke with Victoria who is the office manage and self-described boss. She quoted me an amount based upon specific model information I gave her regarding a vehicle. A few weeks later, I located a vehicle that was almost exactly the one I described to her and she quoted me a price that amounted to a 110% increase in my premium. When I confronted her about the inaccurate quote she originally gave me, she made up an excuse for her ineptitude. After I complained vehemently, She had the gall to hang the phone up on me. Absolutely inexcusable, unprofessional behavior. When I called back and asked to speak to boss, She indicated she was the boss. Pathetic.

Great customer service. These ladies went out of their way to help even with the Internet down. Pay them a visit.

The were Fast and quick to solve my issue and provide with new vehicle id's. Very small parking space for this all state insurance place.

We switched several months ago and so far we were able to save so much with their driving app. Victoria always helps us with any little question. She has been able to help with each question and keeps us satisfied. 5 out of 5. Very knowledgeable.
