Overlook Ranch

I really enjoy living here for many reasons to include the decor of the apartments, the residents living here (are pleasant & friendly), and the staff is respectful and courteous. No place is perfect but at least anything that comes up from time to time is addressed quickly and resolved in an expeditious manner. This includes the maintenance staff being friendly, professional, and addressing resident repairs in a quick manner. Overall, this has been the best apartment complex I call home. ** Update ** The staff really makes a effort to help others (including pets) to get to know others living in this community. Thats a noble thing to me being that I enjoy socializing & getting to know others, and sometimes people need that push to get outside of their bubble & meet others living around you so Thank You OLR properties, Allison, & staff.

I am very satisfied w/ both the apartment and the management staff. They are all so kind and genuine. I was originally supposed to move to a different community that didn't work out. The entire team was responsive, quick to action, and ready to help with whatever was needed. Thank you Lindsey, Allison, Gage, and Jaynie!

Great spacious place to live, many kind neighbors. Love that it has a pool and dog park. I love how quick it is to submit a ticket if anything is wrong and how fast someone comes to assist with your problems. Only issue is how cheaply the floors were made that you can hear people upstairs and downstairs from you. Otherwise its a good place to live.

Ive loved living here at Overlook Ranch. Its been the best apartment experience Ive ever had. Lindsey, the assistant manager, has been very attentive anytime Ive come to submit a work order or any other need Ive expressed. The office team and maintenance have been amazing! Id give more stars if I could.
