        Over priced for what you get. Roaches, mice, mold, trash everywhere. Kids running around everywhere knocking on your doors and windows and sitting on your vehicles. Cant control your own ac or heat so you spend half the year sweating in a hot apartment because they take their time getting the ac turned on. Hot water goes out every week. Do not recommend this place!

        $200 admin and app fee then denied with no rental history. I make 3 as much a month they ask for rent. I have no criminal record. At least give me some of my money back. They look nice but it's just a gamble. They should call them the casino apartments.
