Park Creek Apartments

Not the best place to live if you have pets, or maybe even kids for that matter. The grounds get muddy when they turn on the sprinklers and get even worse when it rains. The front office and pool area are kept well but the rest of the complex is pretty bad. Makes it really difficult to take our dogs out. Were having to wipe down their paws thoroughly every time we talk them. Other than the grounds, the maintenance staff is on top of their game when it comes to work orders and the office staff is really nice.

Edit: steven please ask Chance to respond to my emails..... im in asia trying to book here again but he is only calling the us number thats offline. Much appreciated. Lakesha is very profressional, knowledgeable at her job, and very respectful. She was the rep that made me choose Park Creek over the other options I visited. The maintenance team has a 5/5 star from me aswell, their fastest response time was 2 hours from submitting an issue onto the resident app, with the longest being 24 hours. This was the best choice I could have made when choosing a place to live.

I had a 13 month contract. I consider myself someone who is not high maintenance or picky. For starters, my freezer never worked causing my foods to spoil despite having filled a maintenance claim (okay i can overlook this). The washer was not properly connected when i first moved in, luckily I didn't leave the apt but water all over the kitchen floor and the emergency call was of NO help (okay i can overlook this?). There was a leak in the bathroom by the sink resulting the restroom floor to distort and maintenance took forever to fix it. (ok they are busy i get it I can move past this?) What really broke me was when I had my rims robbed at night. There are no cameras and in my parking spot there was never a light there...criminal activity is bad here especially since the gates never work but also it couldlve been someone in the apt!! Then I leave the apts with a fee???? Lesson learned and thank goodness we did NOT renew our lease.
