The Lodge at River Park

My apartment was disgusting! Before move in my apartment smelled, but they took care of that. The toilet didn't flush, there was dust and dirt everywhere, and the bathtub didn't drain. The shower doesn't run at full force. My front door was previously broken into, and they have yet, to install a new door which is very unsafe! The stairwells and hallways need to be power washed. There's a huge grease stain outside of my front door from previous tenants. All of this under a week of living here! The office staff works to fix these issues and are nice so a plus! However, I don't think these apartments or grounds are well maintained.

My fianc and I have been living here since November and we have had the best experience so far! The community is very dog friendly so when I walk my dog around the complex she meets other doggy friends. Our maintenance team is great as we had an issue with our disposal on a Saturday and someone came over within an hour of calling. Our neighbors are nice and we sometimes share food items after cooking and we take turns sweeping the leaves infront of our small entrance way that we share. Ashley, who works in the office, has been great, very responsive and helps us in any way she can. We have access to the trinity river trail which is a huge plus for morning/evening walks. Highly recommend leasing here !

Went to tour this community a couple of days ago and I can tell its going to be a great fit. The application process was quick & easy & Alysha was super helpful with answering all my questions. & I had a lot of questions! They offer a variety of floor plans with friendly prices and the amenities are nicely kept. I cant wait to move in!
