I absolutely love park villas. From the moment I walked in to inquire to now (6 months later) I have had no issues. The office ladies are always in good moods and very kind. Any maintenance requests I've had have been dealt with in a timely manner. I recommend them to everyone even if they're not looking to move.

I lived in Park Villas Phase 2 in 2021. I knew and again verified that there was no option to choose one's own electric provider. Residents in Phase 2 HAD to use the apartment complex's electricity, and the electric bill was based on what the apartment complex paid. Here are questions to ask before signing a lease: Is there an upper limit to how much they can bill you per KWH? Any answer other than "NO" would likely be wrong, vague, evasive, deceptive or an outright lie. Then they should be asked about why residents, who had already paid their electric bill for February during the freeze, had additional charges added to their electric bills, often hefty, for the months of June, July, August and September -- all still for the month of FEBRUARY. And mostly for about 5 or 6 very cold days in February. But in this case, no worries. The nice owners said they "absorbed" 50% of the losses for which THEY were responsible, which probably left many residents only having to pay all the money they had plus all they could get in the future. Now, after months, there is still no reply from the owner/management. I wonder why?? Oh, and some advise: If you feel you are being harassed and threatened over some lease violation, read the lease. Look it up. If whatever infraction is not clearly spelled out and defined in the lease, then THEY are in violation of YOUR lease. Example -- Are non-patio items defined in the lease, or is a non-patio item just whatever someone says it is??
