My dishwasher wasnt draining so I put in a maintenance request and Jonah responded very quickly to the problem and fixed it within 5 minutes. Super friendly and kind as well!

This place is run down, management is non-existent, residents are crude and rude, and the property is almost all AirBnB and Vrbo rentals. I've lived here for 3 months of a 9 month lease and its been a nightmare. My windows leak like crazy when it rains, my apartment will not cool off or warm up properly, my a/c unit is always broken, water pressure is terrible, appliances and overall condition was beat up when I moved in. Parking is the worst - guests have to register their cars every single day or they WILL get towed. They contract a tow company to come through every night and snag cars left and right in VISITOR parking.... Neighbors are rude, leaving music up all night, dogs home alone to bark all night, and stomping about at all hours of the night. That plus the noise from the train tracks and traffic = No SLEEP here! The front office will tell you "Oh, you'll never hear it", but boy are they wrong. The security gates are ALWAYS broken. Always wide open. So there is little to no security from outsiders coming in. My neighbor had their car broken into while parked in their own covered parking space in front of their garage during a time when the gates were broken. Glass everywhere, ransacked the car, and must have drove right out. Management is virtually non-existent. Call, no answer. Walk to the office, doors are locked. Send an email, no reply for a week. When you do get in touch with them, they play dumb and push you off to a list to handle your issues. Maintenance is super slow. Better recently but super slow. Any repairs or fixes are done with the bare minimum effort. This place is a disaster.
