The Braden on Fifth

Management needs to get control of residents. Dog urine in the elevators, residents washing dog urine off their balconies onto balconies below, etc. Amenities are nice but residents do not take care of this place. Luckily this is a part time place for a year...... you get what you pay for.

I have lived here for the past two years and dont have any plans on going anywhere anytime soon. This apartment is awesome and the stuff is always super friendly and accommodating whenever we need something. I moved here from out of state and didnt really know which apartment to go to, but Im so glad I didnt go anywhere else. Cant recommend this place enough and Im looking forward on continuing to call this place home.

I have really enjoyed my time at The Braden on Fifth over this past year. The property is really well maintained, and the front desk/management is extremely helpful and responsive.

We moved recently from another complex. My wife and I have felt like family since the beginning. First, Payton in the office is simply amazing. She already knows us by name. The amenities here are top notch and the entire place is very well maintained. Every person living here has been very friendly and engaging. Looking forward the warmer weather for the pool and other outdoor activities. Give this place a look if interested in friendly people and great location

I have lived here two years now and just renewed for a third. I absolutely love living here. The location is perfect, the staff is kind, and the amenities are spectacular. Any issue I have come across is promptly fixed and followed up upon. The staff is transparent and communicative, and the building is kept very clean. The gym and pool are both beautiful and well kept. The apartments come with great appliances and are spacious. The location is so convenient, and its easy to get anywhere. Ive lived in many apartments, and the Braden is by far my favorite.
