Staff here is rude as hell. They hide the fact that all the apartments are roach infested until you sign all the paperwork and theyve been charging me for extermination for the roaches and theyve only been here twice in the past 2 years. The maintenance never actually fix anything. Half the 5 star reviews are fake. Honestly just trying to ride this out until my lease is up if youre looking for somewhere to live in the area there are way better options for the same price if not lower.

I have been here for the last 3: weeks with out air conditioning and they have not did anything to fix it. Im making repair request they keep saying its complete and the air conditioner still doesn't work. I edited this review I wish I could give the -5 star. They the ones messed the ac unit up when they had the housekeeper doing repairs now they want to charge me for it. They need to hire staff for the job that needs done. Cause your housekeeper isn't a repair guy, a painter, or an electrician, a plumber, etcetera, etcetera. Y'all no better so please do better

The reason for such a low rating is due to the fact that I have been waiting for maintenance to come by about a work order I put in before the 1st of this year. So, the rating will possibly change depending on when I get the help that I've asked for.
