Tides at Meadowbrook

My ac was hit by lightening in September. They sent out 3 separate contractors that literally told me what was wrong and why they couldnt fix it that day and they would need to order the part. After they left, I would never see or hear from either one of them again. They changed staff a couple of times and didnt have a record of the original maintenance request so I had to resubmit the request. However, Hector came, assessed the problem, and literally got it fixed in a few hours by himself!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! These apartments need to be condemned! They are falling apart, have roaches so bad and the plumbing is outdated. The drains smell when you run the hot water. Maintenance never comes but say they have. The office staff keeps changing so they never know anything and even tried to say we didnt pay rent because their ledgers are clearly not being updated. The garbage is not picked up regularly, didnt get picked up for 2+ weeks. And they took away majority of the few visitors spots. And they tow truck comes randomly, not every day, and they dont check the cars that arent in visitor

They had me drive out there for a make ready job I get there an that wasnt the case I see why they cant keep any good help an now days good help is very hard to find all of the Tides are the same oh an lets not forget about the roaches

Have not had heat for MONTHS or hot water. different maintenance come and never return to fix, the women in office do not communicate. they changed the front office people so often nobody ever knows what issues need to be settled

WORST COMPLEX EVER, SO INHUMANE STAFF, MY MOM HAVE 1 MONTH AND A HALF WITHOUT WATER HEATER AND THE ONLY THING THEY CAN SAID IS GIVE THEM TIME TO FIXING IT AND NOTHING HAPPENS IN WHAT WORLD YOU CAN HAVE SOMEBODY WITHOUT HOT WATER WITH THIS WEATHER (ITS COLD VERY COLD) .. OTHER THING, VERY RUDE & CARELESS STAFF.
