I was in bad shape when I came here my counselor is a kind caring person. I was back on track in a couple weeks. They really want you to be your best self.

My daughter is currently going here for IOP after completing her inpatient treatment program with another facility and by recommendation of her treatment facility. We were happy that they do take major insurance companies and after visiting the facility we were looking fwd to continuing her treatment here, unfortunately the verdict is still out on the facility itself. If you are one that needs a driver or a ride to treatment itself this is not the place. They do use LYFT to help transport supposedly but we so far have had no luck with that process. They have honestly not picked up my daughter more than they have picked her up. She is scheduled to be there 3 times a week and they have not showed up all 3 times this week. That is just this week and these are scheduled Lyfts..each time is guarantees and promises that next time they will be there. How about try Uber or another driving company? How many times does Lyft have to miss your pickups? Consistency and schedule is extremely important in her recovery process and so far Grace is failing her and us with this. I will update this if this ever gets fixed otherwise we have no choice but to find another IOP.
