        They can care less about your home. The builds are cheap, leave trash in your landscaping dirt. Just cover over bricks, and trash with dirt. You'll ever more enjoy their Customer service skills. Lol! Good luck if you don't feed the advise of the 1 stars.

The sales Representative, Nikoa, was helpful and knowledgeable. We had consulted prior to my client accompanied visit and he was consistent on both occasions.         I have been living in my house for over a year and have been very pleased not only with the house itself but the attentiveness and professionality provided by the folks at Coventry. My house recently hit the 1 year mark and I had a few warranty issues that I brought up and Michael was excellent; he got everything fixed right up for me and kept me updated through the process as there were some logistical issues to overcome. Definitely would recommend Coventry to anyone looking to buy a home! Services: Design, Predesigned floor plans for homes, Home building

      Thank you for your feedback. As we are aware, heavy rains pushed dirt from our lot onto yours. Our construction manager has been in contact with you regarding your concerns and will be scheduling a landscaping company to come out and remove the eroded dirt. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
