Service of the staff is less than expected at a Hilton. Bartender was nowhere to be found multiple evenings. Also she had no clue of what she was talking about. On site service did not make me want to spend time or money on site.
Room was extremely noisy from the air conditioning unit, and the room was unreasonably dry which resulted in less than optimal sleeping conditions. Not sure I would stay here again. In a good spot tho

I am writing this review because me and my family were scammed. This hotel uses Priceline to book, and when you try to go online and contact the hotel to book or change reservations it re-routes you to Priceline. (To clarify, when I googled this hotel and made efforts to call them directly, it sent me to a Priceline rep. Directly without me being aware of that.) This happened to us and I had no clue I wasnt actually talking to Hampton Inn because the agent answered with Hampton Inn how can I help? (Not Priceline- how can I help.) anyway, I booked a room, paid $3000 (yes, $3000 for a 2 week stay) then our plans suddenly changed and I called back to cancel the room- this call back took place within 10 minutes. I called back to cancel the reservation (still didnt know I was speaking with Priceline and not the actual hotel) and they refused to cancel. To this day, after credit card disputes and calls to the ACTUAL Hampton Inn I have still not gotten my refund. When talking with the hotel manager he refused to hear me out and hung up on me. This is not just happening to me- situations like this are happening all the time and the story was even featured on Good Morning America. Bottom line isif the company doesnt care to have Priceline and other booking sites impersonating the hotel, taking peoples money, refusing cancelation requests only 10 minutes later, poor customer service ethics, and actual hotel managers that hang up on people and refuse to help solve this problem; then I do not recommend anyone stay at this place. Ive stayed at Hampton Inn several times before and even have an honors card, I will not be staying with this company anymore.
