Front desk lady was very nice..rooms clean and friendly staff. Rooms: Not sure...but sounded like our room was under a gym....the floors,..not so sound proof.

We recently stayed here and we will never be back. We had issues from the check in process until we left. The woman who checked my husband & I in was rude, had an attitude for no apparent reason. We are members of this hotel branch & arrived 45 mins prior to check in to see about checking in a little early, with an attitude the front desk responded stated they had no clean rooms available at the moment. When we finally got to check in, nothing really seemed to be clean. The elevator smelled of dog pee for our entire stay, the hallway smelled of old food, our room wasnt clean & also smelled of dog pee & smoke. Cleanliness is an issue here & their customer service needs to greatly improve. Beware of staying here, we wont be back.

I enjoyed my stay here. Crystal the front desk lady has the best customer service. She made my stay great and she made me feel like I was the only person staying at the hotel. THANK YOU CRYSTAL FOR THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Walkability: Stores in walking distance.

Crystal was great! She gave us a great welcome and even allowed my daughter to come and take breakfast at the las minute. We were traveling in family and with the dog and the rate was fair and the room was clean and comfortable

Crystal at the front desk is very nice and attentive and makes sure we feel right at home Nearby activities: Lots to do around this hotel
