Was not worth the stay. We were attending a concert in Fort Worth at Billy Bobs TEXAS and live 2 hours away and didnt want to drive home. Just walking and getting on the elevator looking dingy/unkept. Walking down the hallway to the room you can feel soft spots in floor. Im the room, beds looked good. Bathroom door did not shut, stuff on the bathroom floor, toilet wouldnt flush. From the looks of it that toilet does that a lot. Looks like its been snaked many of times. Tiles on the floor can be felt shifting under your feet. Go downstairs to use the restroom in the lobby area. Guess what OUT OF ORDER!!! We had to go to a gas station. Complimentary Breakfast not worth the time or wait. Overall not worth the 5 hours of sleep we got. We shouldve just drove the 2 hours back home.

Oh my gosh! After reading the reviews I was worried that I had booked this location. Imagine my happy surprise when we arrived and found those reviews were not completely true!
1. Melissa checked us in and provided outstanding customer service! I asked for a room on the top floor, from the lower floor assigned, and she accommodated us quickly and with a smile. I had a web meeting to attend while the room was being made ready and she directed me to some private areas.
2. The room! I was expecting horror and the room looked amazing! And smelled great too! We gage the quality of hotel rooms by their water pressure, hands down this hotel has the best water pressure!! And hot too !The cleaning staff came EVERY DAY! Who even does that any more?! They do!!
3. The lobby/breakfast was another outstanding area! The food was good and hot and varied! The lobby was clean and looked great. The hostess was friendly and accommodating.
4. The staff! OMG The staff! If everything Ive written doesnt have you booking all your stays here then I hope this cinches it for you. We had some important paperwork to send out, I asked my husband to go downstairs and see if they would fax it. Time was of the essence and we were short of it, so going to a fax place to send it was not in our plans. My husband said Shawn at the front desk stopped what he was doing and sent it for us! That's customer service and eveything we experienced above, is why we will return!

Be aware that the fitness room is closed! I would not stay here again. The location is nice and the front desk and lobby staff are friendly, but this location is very rundown. Our room was dirty and well worn. Couch and shower curtain were stained, food (?) on the wall, bugs on the floor, sloppy repairs and peeling wallpaper. Christi, the manger, was supposed to reach out and never did.
Food & drinks: The free breakfast was nice.

But woke up in the morning with bed bug or flea bites all over
Not a happy outcome for a nights rest at a Holiday Inn
