        Michael was absolutely fabulous! He has worked and worked to get us the coverage we need for our unique situation--which still has some stages to go. No other insurance agent has ever gone through all of the possibilities of ways to get all of our policies figured out. He was extremely patient and respectful of all of our "situations" that made working with us difficult. I have always thought other agents were just interested in "getting it done", but Michael really seemed to really care.
