        A kid turned in front of me in an intersection and I was unable to avoid hitting him. The kid was distraught knowing full well that he was totally at fault for the accident. I told him and his father that I was sorry that the accident took place as I know how scary that can be for a new driver. The claims adjustor took this as accepting partial responsibility for the incident?!? I reported the accident right away. They did not contact me, I had to contact them a second time to speak with an adjustor. The adjustor was rude. Not only to me, but to at least 2 other insurance reps (calling to get clarification on my behalf). Totally unprofessional! If you happen to be on the wrong side of this insurance company, better get a lawyer or you'll be screwed.
