Needed a 12mm coupler for drip hose. I spent about an hour at the box stores looking for one. Went to site one and had a coupler within minutes.

I've been buying from SiteOne for a few years now. There is someone at the counter ready to serve me as soon as I walk in and they always sell to me exactly what I need. At 3pm I saw 4 people behind the counter. At 8am I saw 8. SiteOne really understands customer service and quality products. I don't even have an account with them.

Just wanted to share the awesome team I had assist me on my recent visit. Coby and Carlos were so informative and helped answer all my questions and gave me more confidence that I could install some landscape pathway lights. Being in customer care myself I really appreciate finding a business that has people who care about others as well.

I'm an 82 year old homeowner who buys my mulch products from Site One because of quality products. All employees I have encountered have been the nicest most caring employees of any business I've encountered. You would think I spent thousands of dollars monthly. Today I bought mulch and was helped by Carlos. I told him I did not have an account but was a Veteran, he asked me for my ID I showed it to him and he immediately said "Thank You for Your Service" and applied a discount. In this day and time Customer Service is lacking in most businesses but Site One excels in making a buyer feels he is their only customer. Thank you so much.
