Be careful! At the beginning, if they think you have a case, they will give you good treatment and tell you that they will cover everything, so don't worry because they will pay the fees, doctor visits, research or whatever is required. But if your case does not proceed, they will leave you worse than how you arrived. In my case I went to them, I signed a contract in which they were in charge of representing me, I never met the lawyers, they told me that my case would be under investigation but that they would pay for my therapies and visits to the doctor in the meantime. I always had to ask how the process was going and I found out from the physiotherapists that they were no longer going to continue with my case. When I asked them they told me that it was still under review and a week later they told me that they would not continue with the case. But the lack of transparency and professionalism was not everything. Then I received a charge from the hospital that their provider took me to. The same day I went to the hospital I told them and asked who paid for it, to which they told me that they will continue with the treatment. It was not until I received the charge a month later when they had already dropped the demand that they told me that it was not their problem but that of their supplier and that they were not responsible for it. Of which I have screenshots but because I don't know if it can be uploaded due to confidentiality, so I won't do it. I would not recommend them, I am leaving with a debt and a very bad experience. Clarification: I went to their offices to talk about it in person and they told me that they don't have the medical records, so I don't know why they say it's not related if they don't even have the information.
