I've always been someone who believes in giving businesses a fair chance to deliver on their promises, and that's exactly why I stuck with Purple Care Pest Control for a whole 10 months. Sadly, my extended patience was met with disappointment after disappointment. The pest control service, despite its compelling claims, yielded no discernible results. It's baffling to think that even after nearly a year, I was still encountering the same pest issues that led me to seek their services in the first place. But that's not where my dissatisfaction ends. Their lawn program, which I was hopeful for, seemed to have only one consistent outcome: draining my finances without delivering any noticeable improvement to my lawn's health or appearance. However, what truly exacerbated my experience with Purple Care was their questionable billing practice. At a point, I communicated my concerns about affordability, hoping for understanding or even potential alternatives. Instead, I was met with indifference and an unauthorized charge to a card which I never provided them. How they procured my card information is beyond my comprehension, and quite frankly, deeply concerning. All in all, my experience with Purple Care Pest Control can be best described as regrettable. For anyone considering their services, I'd advise thorough research and perhaps seeking testimonials from actual, long-term clients before committing. If I could give this less than a star I would.
