Liked the rental property but the strips were to steep if it had a ramp probably could have leased it

New management is taking over so I dont know if its really a great place or not.

The neighborhood is quiet the neighbors were lovely Mily the manager of the place is one of the most heartless people I have ever seen I used to live in the ghetto in Dallas and I would rather live there then to deal with her treating the neighborhood like a military camp everyone who has their houses paid off she try to find any reason to evict someone to place another house on the lot always harassing my neighbors and calling them white trash when their lot wasn't really bad at all her son works then as a grounds keeper starts arguments with people who live there just overall unprofessional not to mention I know Mobil homes are not built to last but to have 8 different problems within of 1 months of having the home didn't really seem that inspired communities cared how the were
I still talk to my neighbors but most of them are currently fighting eviction cases trying to keep their lots and also if you don't have your house paid off say goodbye to privacy cause u till it's paid off she will always be inside your house to find a reason to get you out my home was even put on Zillow which I was unaware of and I owned the house and asked for $279,000 for a house that I paid $75,000 for ridiculous
