I located David Chavez through a google search and read all of his impeccable reviews so I reached out. I contacted Mr. Chavez with full knowledge that my credit score was not where it needed to be and was hoping to receive some guidance on what the next steps would be to get started on the home buying process. I provided all of the required documents within 2 days as requested. Mr. Chavez had assistance from Meagan Timmons to request some additional documents which I provided right away. I was told that an employee verification was sent to my previous employer and that one of my sources of income would not be considered for specific reasons. I decided to reach out to her to verify everything was received and if a response was received from my previous employer as they are known to take a while to respond. I reached what I believe was her voicemail as there is no name attached to it and wasnt comfortable leaving a message at first. I called Mr. Chavez and left a voicemail on 6/29/22 and waited for a call back. I figured maybe he went on vacation due to the holiday so I also called Ms. Timmons and decided to just leave a voicemail. To this day I have yet to receive a call back or any email in response to where I stand and what the next steps should be. I have received a letter telling me what my score is(which I was already aware of) and that is all. My first time home buying experience was awful and was hoping to work with a company who would communicate throughout the process. I feel that I was put on the back burner, a lost cause because of my credit score. Im truly disappointed.

David was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to our situation. He took time to answer every question, returned calls, emails and text messages quickly.
