      image Ive been going here for a while now. but today I am so disappointed I walked in to get my nails done Little bit before 530 . The young lady That runs establishment told me to come back at 6:30. I come back at 6:27pm then they tell me theyre all booked up and dont have any slots for me to have my nails done, this was a big inconvenience because I could have went somewhere else. I stayed in the area, grab something to eat just to pass the time ! To go back and be turned around was so unprofessional!!.Just know youve lost a customer.

      Hi Lemeka, I'm sorry about that experience. We had a mix up in the schedule and were not able to take you in due to unexpected events. I know we have always been able to take great care of you in all your prior visits with this one exception. I hope you will reconsider this in the future as we also do make mistakes.
