Came here with my partner and they cut his toe so bad it bled for nearly 15mins. The lady wasn't even watching what she was doing, she kept staring at the male manager for some reason. They apologized but that was all. You'd think they wouldn't have charged him for the pedicure, but they did charge us full price still. We'll never come here again.

Ive been to this salon 4x now. The environment is great but the nail techs' quality standards have room for improvement. I wanted to like them so bad so I've kept returning to give them another chance but each time I've gone one of my nails (acrylic) has broke. The woman who did my nails most recently was on the phone during my session and she made 2 of my fingers bleed with the drill. (High risk for an infection) Prices are average. I've had to pay extra every time for them to "fix" my broken nail but essentially it's their fault it breaks in the first place. Each time I've gone at least 1 nail (acrylic) has broke within 24 hours of leaving the salon. I've been wearing acrylics for 7 years and usually very rare that they break given my job / lifestyle is gentle on my hands. I highly recommend west7 nailbar, I went to them to fix my nail, the service is high quality and they got me out in a timely manner. (west7nailbar is also better prices).
