        My appointment was at 1pm. I showed up at 12:40 and they had my car in a bay looking at it and within 30-45 mins, they told me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. They said it would take about 2 hours but they were able to get it done the same day and in an hour and a half! The customer service was exceptional, all of my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and I was kept informed of the progress!

        A/c issues again, solved by tech and service manager, found that Subaru new compressor is wortless as the new replacement developed a freon leak just like the factory installed unit, service center tech came up with a seal solution: may never have another leak again; and this $ was discounted for this visit as it was under warranty including the install.Did not expect the discount, as the connections were not equipment but the install was deemed a condition of the complete new installation.
